GREGORIAN was the first own project by Sandra´s former keyboarder Frank Peterson in 1990 (his first composition for SANDRA was "Loreen"). The first GREGORIAN single-release "So Sad" came into the lists of several countries in Europe, including No. 1 in Singapore and Portugal.

In September 1991 he published an album titled "Sadisfaction" featuring the voices of the Sisters of Oz. 13 great tracks written by Frank, Thomas Schwarz and Matthias Meissner, the same team that is now working with such international artists as Prince Ital Joe feat. Marky Mark, Sarah Brightman, Princessa and Frank Peterson was the man behind that magnificient last album from Ofra Haza.

The song "Once In A Lifetime" from Gregorian has been released by Sarah Brightman but also in Spanish by the "Gemini Twins".

Latest GREGORIAN release "Masters Of Chant" is totally different from "Sadisfaction". A new label, from Metronome Frank joined now the EDEL company . And a different concept.
Take 12 wellknown songs, remake the music and let some ´monks´ do the lyrics. Its a relief after hearing these songs that on "Still I´m Sad" is a solo monk voice. And even the last track has a female solo voice (uncredited Sarah Brightman). He should have used that combination ofter cause the continuous train of monks makes it quiet dull at the end.
A very good track from this album is "Still I´m Sad" which sounds musically VERY Enigma like.
All in all "Masters Of Chant" is a reasonable album but surely NOT a chart breaker.

The monks are represented by the in Christian church and choral music known voices: Philip Conway, Thomas Barnard, Jeremy Birchall, Andrew Busher, Michael Dore, Mark Bradbury, Timothy Holmes, Roger Langford, John Langly, Gregory Moore, David Porter Thomas, Christopher Tickner, and Alex Mack. They are among the most sought-after performers in England's major cathedrals (London, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham) and hail from the most classic of classical institutions, such as the Academy of St. Martin, the Royal College of Music, King's College Cambridge, Royal Northern School of Music, and Trinity College of Music.

In 1988 he produced and recorded together with Michael Cretu as Frank Peter the new version of the song "Automatic Lover" for Dee D. Jackson.

Since 1994 Frank Peterson is also working with Alex Christensen, "U 96", who became known with a techno-version of the soundtrack for the famous movie "Das Boot". Under the name "PeCh" they released two singles "Smile on your face" that came into the German Top 20 and "Blinded By The Light" with the voice of Chris Thompson (Manfred Mann´s earth band), a remake of the original by Bruce Springsteen.

They together composed the music, arranged and produced "Prince Ital Joe feat. Marky Mark".

The latest production they did for the benefit project "BRAVO All Stars" with the song "Let The Music Heal Your Soul". Music written by Frank Peterson, Lyrics from Alex Christensen. And performed by the ´all stars´ Touche, The Boyz, The Moffatss, Blümchen, Scooter, Aaron Carter, Backstreet Boys, Mr. President, ´N Sync, Squeezer, R´N´G and Gil . And surely not to forget the chorus vocals sung by Sarah Brightman !
Frank Peterson also engineerd, recorded and mixed this record which was made to raise money for Nordoff/Robins music therapy.
